Despite the cold temperature and snow yesterday, I was in the mood to wear something springy and girly today. This skirt from Cover Girl is both those things... and makes me want to skip, jump, and twirl around in an empty field. It comes on two layers and with two versions - the one I'm wearing below and a chiffon one.
