It must be the warmer weather lately that's been making me think of the very first store in SL that I fell in love with - Surf Co.  When I went back today, I remembered why I loved it so much; the styles are fun and cute and the hand drawn textures are still fabulous.

DP Serendipity recently released the love version of the Luna di miele lingerie. As always, the hand painted textures and details are beautiful and the color combinations are fresh and spring-like.  The heart on the back of the panties is adorable!

One of my RFL Clothing Fair purchases was the Savvy dress by eLDee.  I liked the whole dress, but was particularly drawn in by the top part of it.  When I combined it with pants, I loved it so much that I contacted Lilyana Dryke and asked if she'd be willing to make it in other layers so it can be worn as a separate shirt.  She agreed and even said she'd make other colors of it.  They're not out yet, but I'm looking forward to when they are.  In other newness, Cherry came out with really nice slingbacks (my pictures don't do they justice) and my favorite ring store, SyDS, came out with a ruby version of the chocolate flower ring.

She cried spaghetti tears

BP* released new cuteness yesterday in the form of these flare jeans.  I like the way they slightly turn up at the bottom, showing a bit of the checked pattern. I didn't take a picture from behind, but they also make the bum look really cute. Each pair comes with a choice of three colors for the checked pockets and leg flares.

Today's outfit was put together around the new Vixie Chocolate Pearl Necklace from KessKreations.  My pictures don't do justice to this lovely piece, particularly the details on the front toggle clasp.  The ring, KessKreations' gold gift at the Armoire hunt, comes with a necklace and matching earrings and is just as pretty as the necklace.  I believe today is the last day of the hunt, so hurry down if you want this set.  The skin I'm wearing is part of the latest release from YourSkin & YourShape.  It is a new version of the Adriana skin that comes with a hairbase for a more natural hairline.  All the poses in this post are from Penny Dreadful Arcade.  I went there for the first time this weekend and am in love with all the poses.

Taking the scenic route

When this dress from Ume Mode was first released, the weather was still wintery and it felt too early to wear it.  After a warm, spring-like weekend, however, it feels like the perfect spring dress to wear with a tee underneath.
